Tempori Parendum – ‘Be Prepared For Your Time’
Can all pupils please ensure you are ‘prepared for your time’ when you come to school. It is vital you have your PE kit, Home Economics tubs, lunch money, musical instruments, lunch card, locker keys, timetable, school bags, pens, pencils etc. when you arrive at school in the morning. Can parents/carers please also ensure that all school uniform is marked clearly with your child’s name, in particular school blazers. We have a number of blazers with no names on them making it very difficult to reunite them with their owner. Thank you.
DPT/MenC Vaccinations and Catch Ups
These immunisations are being held in school on Thursday 9 February 2017 for S3 girls and boys and for any other pupils who were missed in the last round.
S4 to S5 Course Choice Information Evening
The above evening is being held at school on Tuesday 31 January from 7pm till 8.30pm. Further information to follow.
Congratulations to Anna Pollock, Alexander Harris and Jennifer Pollock who have qualified for the Scottish Schools Swimming Championships at East Kilbride this Friday. This is a tremendous achievement and we wish them well in the event.
School Drop Off/Pick Up and Parking Arrangements
Please note that school pupils should be dropped off at the rear of our school building and not at the front of the building. This is for Health & Safety issues both for our school pupils and for the neighbouring primary school pupils too as this area can become very congested at peak times of the day. Thank you for your co-operation with this.
S3 Reports will be issued via schoolbag mail on Friday 27 January 2017. If you do not receive your child’s report card please contact Stirling High School office.
