Lost Property

We have once again accumulated a huge amount of pupil lost property at the School Office.   Please check with your child that they have all their belongings as any items left unclaimed will be sent for recycling during the Easter break.  Thank you for your help with this.

Text Messages

Text messages are now being sent home to main contacts where pupils are marked unauthorised absence after break and lunch.  We are still texting parents when pupils are marked unauthorised absence for Registration and P1 as normal.

SQA Exams

SQA exams begin on Monday 30th April to Monday 4th June inclusive.

S4/5/6 Short Based Reports

Short based reports will be sent home via school bag mail tomorrow.

Easter Holiday

School will be closed to all pupils from Friday 30th March (Good Friday) until Friday 13th April inclusive.  Pupils and staff return to school on Monday 16th April.

S3 Parents’ Evening

This takes place on Tuesday 24th April 4.30-7pm – login details will be sent home via school bag mail on Monday 16th April.

HPV/MMR Vaccinations

Vaccinations were cancelled on Friday 2nd March due to the school being closed from the adverse weather.  The new date for these immunisations is now Friday 20th April.  All S1 and S2 girls, who have consented to this, will have their HPV vaccinations.  There is also a catch up for pupils requiring their HPVs and MMRs.

Choir Trip

Pupils in S1-5 are invited to take part in a Residential Choir Trip – August 23rd – Saturday 25th August. The cost of this trip is £150. This includes return transport, food, accommodation and specialist vocal instructions as well as lots of exciting adventurous activities e.g. canoeing, archery, leap of faith. If you would like a letter with more information about this trip please report to the Music Department. A £50 deposit and permission slip to confirm your place on the trip is due in by Friday 27th April. You do not need to be in the choir to come on this trip but have you must have an interest in singing.
