About the Parent Council
The Scottish Schools (Parental Involvement) Act was passed by the Scottish Government on 10 May 2006 and all school boards in Scotland were replaced by a Parent’s Council.
More information can be found on the Education Scotland website.
The aim of the Stirling High School Parent Council is to encourage all parents, carers and guardians to become more involved in the life of the school community for the benefit of the pupils.
Our current Parent Council Chair, Peter Langley, is retiring from the post. The school would like to thank Peter for his service to our school community. We are now looking for a new Parent Council Chair. If you are interested in this role or want to find out more, please contact the school at firstname.lastname@example.org
